4. Corporate Accounts & Billing
Corporate accounts ("Team" plans) allow organizations to manage multiple users under a single subscription. The account owner is responsible for all billing, team member management, and compliance with these Terms by their team members. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; use the Service for any purpose other than its intended training and simulation use; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Call Flow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service or by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Call Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
